I think it’s a poorly written question, as you feel confused when you want to answer. Both B and C seem to be correct, just depends on how you read the question.
I will probably go with a B on the test. Since C does not mention the Path Trace ACL tool in the answer.
This question makes me confused too.
For me, I will go with C, the general consensus online from what I can find seems to think B – however, C makes more sense to me.
