For me, it is not that kind of difficult question. However, RFC 1918, Address Allocation for Private Internets, defines three blocks of IPv4 address for private networks that should not be routable on the public Internet, which are: 10.0.0.0/8 , 172.16.0.0/12 , 192.168.0.0/16.
