Personally, I suffered a lot from the lack of flexibility. I did a lot of stretching exercises to overcome this problem. However, They helped me a lot to improve my mobility, posture, as well my muscle coordination.
When you have poor flexibility, you have a poor muscle response. for example, imagine you want to do a task, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way, Then you face difficulties in doing the tasks.
Yeah.. effectively!
If it is not controlled, it will increase day by day. Thus, we have to do some physical exercise to overcome, improve our performance in physical activities and enable our muscles to work more effectively.
Of course, it will affect our daily tasks. However, when you have poor flexibility this means more difficulty when performing your daily activities. Furthermore, it can have several health-related problems such as lower back pain, joint stiffness, and muscle tightness…
